Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Radius mobile application (“Radius”, “App”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, downloading, or using Radius, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content & Abuse

Radius strictly enforces a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content, harassment, abuse, and bad actors. There is zero tolerance for:

• Hate speech, discrimination, threats of violence, or harassment of any individual or group.
• Sexually explicit content, nudity, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Exploitation, sexualization, or endangerment of minors (which will immediately be reported to law enforcement authorities).
• Promotion of illegal acts, illicit drugs, fraud, or spam.
• Doxxing, sharing private personal data of others, or impersonation.

Any user violating these rules will have their content removed immediately and their account permanently banned from Radius without prior warning.

2. Built-in Safety Tools: Blocking & Reporting

To ensure a safe community, Radius includes mandatory user protection mechanisms:

• In-app Blocking: You can block any user at any time from their profile or chat. Blocking immediately prevents that person from viewing your profile, stories, or messaging you, and removes them from your view across the App.
• In-app Reporting: You can report objectionable messages, profiles, stories, or behavior. All reports are immediately flagged to our 24/7 moderation team and reviewed within 24 hours. Offending content will be taken down and abusive accounts will be banned.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Radius. By using Radius, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

4. Radius+ Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Radius offers optional premium auto-renewing subscriptions (“Radius+”) providing features such as top placement in Nearby, increased photo limits, longer story duration, and profile views.

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.

5. User Content & Ownership

You retain all intellectual property rights in the content, photos, and messages you submit to Radius. You grant Radius a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating the App in accordance with your chosen settings.

6. Location & Privacy

Radius uses your device's precise location while the app is active in the foreground to show people nearby. Radius does not track location in the background. You can disable your location visibility at any time in Settings. For full details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Deletion & Termination

You have the right to delete your account at any time in Settings → Password & account → Delete account. Upon deletion, your profile and login credentials are permanently deleted from our active databases.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Radius is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Radius is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or conduct of other users.
